It's not wrong. They aren't just random innocent Africans, they are parasite-controlled drones whose sentience is gone. That's the same as saying it would be wrong to shoot someone who came into your house and tried to kill your entire family. The difference of course is that the BSAA is in the Africans living room but they are there to stop the people who did the Africans wrong in the first place.
